AA And Treatments
Primarily, Alcoholics Anonymous is an excellent place to start because they don’t require you to be abstinent. You only need to have the desire not to drink. However, because of their method, AA may not be the best alcohol addiction treatment or may need to be supplemented with other therapies.
Medication can be an effective option because it can help you relax, make you sick if you drink alcoholic beverages and more. Likewise, counseling is also helpful.
